Our India - Center of Knowledge .

Recently , I would say the long lasting , not more than five year ' lalkitab ' containing the ambitious plans of strategic development as released by planning commission , got it's due credentials in soon lasted NDC meeting . This going to be interesting to capitalize the meaning of the title of the highly ambitious draft of the 12th five year plan " Faster , sustainable and more inclusive growth " in the upcoming future .
Since , we belong to academic's . Hereby I am writing some key points from chapter " Education and skill development " in short .
  • In the plan Govt. has given more emphasis on universalization of elementary and secondary education but also not forget to underline the obstacles . Govt. too accept that the education system has failed to nurture the basic cognitive skills in children , and the reason found is inability of teacher for this also government has planned to start four year integrated degree programme for teacher education .
  • Govt. believes the advancement in education can be brought by PPP (public - private partership) . More emphasis to science and mathematics . sidewise govt. suggests to start pre-vocational courses for both students and teachers under  NVEQF (National vocational educational qualification framework) where student will get platform for their next course and teachers have chance to update there knowledge and skills .
  •  There is Plan to increase country literacy rate significantly by 2022 . Since the old generation is retiring and there is chance to replace them with well furnished new generation of educated indians .
  • having understanding of the current situation of education system PC suggests to cultivate skill from class 10th onwards outside the formal institutions or to participate in  national skill development mission organised programmes .
  • To promote every programme which make it possible by correlation of institutions and insdustry to stabilises vocational skill developement courses for learners .
  • Increase the no. of centres providing higher education , improve online resources simultaneously prevent malpractises in higher education and improve quality .
  •  Today education is not mere reading , writing and arthematic it is a process of implementing critical thinking , collaboration , creativity and communication . it is specially mentioned the verbal and non-verbal communication in english language should be improved . Increasing the no. of centres of vocation training through (PPP) so that more no. of applicants can be benefited .
  • To start special Ph.d programme to utilize the wisdom of senior citizens who are retired even so can provide their service for betterment of research purpose .
  • To ensure the status of relation between higher education institution and society so that whenever required  society have intellectual leadership . Make connection with international universitites .
I have tried upto my last word to shorten the length of this article but it is not right to compromise with education so the same I have done here .

मैं उड़ना चाहता हूँ ।


--" एक मुर्ख ऐसे प्रयास को आत्महत्या की संज्ञा देगा और एक नवोन्मेषक इसकी प्रशंसा करेगा । " --

Land , Air and Water . यद्यपि ये शब्द कृत्रिम रूप से इस प्रकार सजाये गए है कि ये 'LAW ' देखने में लगे पर फिर भी ये सभी तत्त्व अर्थात् भूमि, हवा और पानी न केवल धरती को बल्कि हमारे शरीर के भी अभिन्न अंग है । जब कभी भी इनके उपयोग की जरुरत पड़े हमे इन्हें न्यायपूर्वक और प्रकृति के खिलाफ नहीं उपयोग करना चाहिए.
       मानव सभ्यता के विकास से, वो आरम्भ से ही घुमक्कड़ और खानाबदोश था । इस प्रकार का उसका स्वाभाव उसे एक जगह से दूसरी जगह जाने या घूमने फिरने के अलग-अलग माध्यम खोजने को मजबूर कर दिया। अगर हम ध्यान दे तो हमने सबसे पहले ज़मीन पर चलना उसके बाद पानी पर तैरना सीखा । अब तक सारे आकाशीय मार्ग केवल उड़ सकने वाले जीवो द्वारा उपयोग में लाये जाते थे । 
        मेरे हिसाब से प्रकृति का नित्य नियम यही तीन तत्व निर्धारित करते हैं ।         मानता हूँ कि पक्षी की तरह उड़ना या आसमान में उड़ना उतना आसान नहीं है जितना कि मछली की तरह तैरना और घोड़े की तरह दौड़ना । ह्यूमन अतीत की कईयों कहानियो में पढ़ा है कि कैसे पवित्र आत्माएँ एक जगह से दूसरी जगह उड़ कर जाया करती थी । उड़ कर जाना किसी भी जगह पहुचने का सबसे तेज माध्यम है । इसलिए इस को तो सीखना बनता है । वो भी किसी भी कीमत पर । 
         ये कहना गलत होगा कि हमारे पास पक्षी के जैसे पंख नहीं है । क्योंकि सोचिये हमारे पास मछली के जैसे फिन्स और घोड़े के जैसे पैर भी तो नहीं है पर हम पानी में तैर सकते है और जमीन पर दौड़ भी सकते है तो हम उड़ क्यों नहीं सकते ।  जबकि हम कुछ ऊँचाई तक हवा में कूद जरूर सकते है ।          
          इस अपंगता का कारण मनुष्य के मन के भीतर का असफलता का भय है कि वो बिना पंख के नहीं उड़ सकता । 
          इसलिए आज से जब कभी भी आप किसी को ऊँचाई से कूदते देखे और बिना किसी सुरक्षा के तो उसका प्रोत्साहन करे क्योंकि एक मुर्ख ऐसे प्रयास को आत्महत्या की संज्ञा देगा जबकि एक नवोन्मेषक ऐसे प्रयास की प्रशंसा करेगा ।

Rarely I go .....

Rarely I go to uninvited occasion but this ' rarely ' turns into ' usually ' when it comes on science . On 21/12/2012 by the grace of god , yes by the grace of god I got chance to visit Science exhibition . It was not my first but it was huge in meaning . It was like festival for everyone . There was a special fictitious game going on called ' give and give ' and the challenge was who can give more.......

The exhibition was divided into topics there was science project on everyday life science , IT and biology etc . The most interesting was science project by primary student . They were eager to tell about their project , some where calling us too to see there project . There explanation was superb . Once they start explaining they cannot stop without ending . It seems even the permission they took for starting was false . Overall I shared an unforgettable moment among them . This was the best part of the expedition we were on .
Now The boring one was IT related project . The attempt of student was no doubt pleasing but there explanation was not so . one cannot understand how it feels without listening an explanation on how internet or any network works . The feeling was mixture of disinterest , lack of knowledge and obviously who takes IT seriously .  

There was also science project based on biology and our response after entering the corresponding room was horrible . 

This all was visible to everyone but except that something was also going on there . 
Today students are more responsible than ever . Teachers were standing outside the class and whole class is full of noise . student was explaining  group of teacher . parents who always direct there children today are directed by there own carbon soldiers . No restriction on clothes and hairstyle and finally uninvited are also entering and exiting confidently .

विचार प्रतिबिम्ब


गिरते हुए जल को ,
जैसे ही मिलता है ।
कोई आधार या कोई तल ,
तो गिरता हुआ जल ,
ध्वनि करता है ।
तप ! तप ! तप !
ये कैसी मानसिकता या ,
कैसा विरोधाभास है ।
क्यों नहीं रहे बदल ,
गिरते हुए जल को ,
जैसे ही मिलता है ।
कोई आधार या कोई तल ,
तो गिरता हुआ जल ,
ध्वनि करता है ।
तप ! तप ! तप !
ये आदिकाल की घटना हुई ।
जब गिरते हुए जल को ,
जैसे ही मिलता था । 
कोई आधार या कोई तल ,
तो गिरता हुआ जल ,
ध्वनि करता है । 
तप ! तप ! तप !
पर अब तप होने से रहा ,
ये जिसके भी पक्ष में हो ।
नल , जल या तल वो ,
इस ध्वनि को दे बदल ,
की अब से  गिरते हुए जल को ,
जैसे ही मिलता है ।
कोई आधार या कोई तल ,
तो गिरता हुआ जल ,
ध्वनि करता है । 
जप  ! जप  ! जप  !

INSPIRING ME



“ If the point of contact between the product and people becomes a point of friction , then the industrial designer has failed . I know BUT I don’t know .

I know education is informative but I don’t know how to make it applicative . I know Engineering is all about becoming practical but I don’t know how ?

Design comprises of any thing represented on the paper as a sort of mental effort . Irrespective of branch , Design is the basic requirement in Engineering . It is the foremost step of method of creation pre proved concept oriented objects . Through Engineering if we learned the better way to apply principles of Science then Engineering Design is the best way to apply Engineering . 

What distinguishes engineers from painters, poets, or sculptors is that engineers
apply their creative energies to producing products or systems that meet human’s very basic needs.This creative act is called design.



“ A designer defines the problem , Explore , Design , Create , try it out , make it better and again design with an positive intention of improvement .”

When First time I found that there is a pre scribed step to develop any machine . I was amazed thinking that it is same as Sir Issac newton is telling you how to reveal the secrets of this world in few easy steps . 

 



“ The foremost path which connects the two major ends of development in the world of design is Engineering Design Process . It provides a step-wise algorithm so that designer could easily found the demanded goal in a prescribed time with utmost certainty . “


“ Engineering is boring and solely  informative when it lacks practical approach . It is design that originates an objective to convert information into knowledge . “

मानो सूर्य गगन में नहीं उगा

मानो सूर्य गगन में नहीं उगा ।
कुछ ऐसा मानेंगे रात बड़ी ।
कुछ ही मानेंगे बात बड़ी
कुछ तो बोलेंगे डूब गया रे डूब गया ।

पर कोई तो एक हम में से होगा ।
जो क्षितिज की ओर दौड़ेगा।
लक्ष्य अटल हुए तो उसके 
कहलाया इतिहास रचयिता
क्षमता से ज्यादा की मांग करेगा
रिश्तो से ऊपर उठकर  ।
वो ससम्मान विजेता होगा

साहस के ऐसे पुतले कम ही बनते है ।
जो राष्ट्र वेदना पीया करते है ।
असंभव तो सब को दिखते है ।
पर वीर तो वो है  ।
जो असंभव को भी संभव किया करते है ।

ये सिर्फ दिन का सपना था ।



देश और देश की रक्षा कितनी आवश्यक है। देश के दुर्गम क्षेत्रो में कुछ सैनिक की उपस्थिति भी दुश्मनों को देश की सीमा का अनुमान लगाने के लिए पर्याप्त होती है। यह देश हमारा है इस हेतु से किसी भी अप्रत्याशित घटना के घट जाने पर भी नुकसान हमारा ही होगा यह पूर्ण सत्य है ।

एक पंख वाले बेलनाकार विमान ,
कुछ एक उतरने वाले थे जमीन पर ,
और अनगिनत थी उनकी संख्या ,
जो आकाश को ढक रहे थे
उनमे से एक उतर गया ।
कई और उतरने वाले ही थे
तीन सैनिक एक कतार में  , एक विमान में
बड़ी संख्या में कही और से भी
सैनिक दौड़ कर  आ रहे थे
वहा कुछ उत्सव सा नहीं था
फिर भी भीड़ थी ।
पास ही घर थे ।
सब दौड़ कर  घर  के अंदर चले गए
घर में खिड़कियाँ बहुत सारी थी
छिपना मुश्किल था
गोलिया चलना शुरू हो गई
बम  फेंके जा रहे थे
निर्विरोध ये कैसा युद्ध होने लगा
उन्हें कोई रोक क्यों नहीं रहा ?
मेरे देश की सीमाएँ निर्धारित नहीं क्या ?
सीमओं पर सैनिक नहीं क्या ?
हम कौन है ?
हमारा देश नहीं क्या ?
हमे हमारे घरों में घुसकर मार रहे थे
मैं रसोईघर में जाकर ,
दीवारों के सहारे छीप गया
वो  हमे ढूढ़ - ढूढ़ कर मरने आये थे
मुझे भी ढूढ़ लिया
और गोल दाग दिया मेरे ऊपर ,
मै आपनी मृत्यु स्वीकार चुका था
तभी गोले की गर्मी का स्पर्श किया  ।
शरीर चादर से ढँका हुआ था
कमरे का पंखा भी बंद था
मेरी नींद गर्मी के कारण खुल गई ।
ये सिर्फ दिन का सपना था
मुझे लगता है
इसके बारे में सबको जानना चाहिए

Why Science ?

In this rapidly expanding world it is becoming essential for everyone to have science based thinking skills . when it is said science based skills it means the decision we take in our day to day life must be based on authentic and pre proved logical facts . for instance , There is no difference in terms of appearance between hot water and cold water so if you believe on eyes surely , you will be cheated . Hence , while predicting consequence of any happening it is always appreciable to collect data and then form a theory .   
We know that this is the age of science in which we observe the influence of science in all aspects of life therefore to understand day to day happenings we need proper knowledge and that is called Science . 
When we learn science we could find change in our thinking and consequently in our daily life . we never do anything without purpose . In this way , getting involved in scientific study also has well defined aim and purpose . Numerous inventions during last four decades has expanded the area of science to a greater extent .. It facilitates us to get acquainted with our socio natural environment and initiates formation of permanent knowledge . 


The principal objective of science is universal development & The aim of study of science is curiosity and quest for knowledge .

Main Objectives for learning science :-
  

  • To develop mental and reasoning capabilities .
  • To develop habit of continuous experimentation and efforts .
  • To develop scientific temperament , scientific awareness and scientific skills . 
  •  To develop interest towards science .
  •  Science helps in understanding ourselves .  
  •  Science also helps in understanding our environment .


Whenever we got chance of learning science we should try to concentrate on application portion . We will see that our life has become more efficient and comparatively more luxurious . learning science and science based literature can be fruitful to us only when all the above mentioned objectives will be satisfied .

It hurts me a lot ............

“ When Indian student feels better to escape and nothing bitter than science . “
do we learn to earn ? but what finally we have knowledge or money  ? I think , neither of two perfectly .
I have typed this article neither to enhance my writing skills nor to locate someone’s disability , he/she faces while study .  It is too hard to say anyone that you don’t know how to study when he/she attends classes , makes notes and scores well in exams . for an Indian student , he/she finds nothing so easier than abusing the education system . for an instance , we find often a group of student discussing about the laboratory facility availed by the school authority , teaching method adopted by a particular teacher and everything that they couldn’t . In short , firstly we must learn how to learn ? This doesn’t mean a student leave attending practical classes but he/she should also have alternate way to extract practical portion of knowledge . Especially such an environment ( i.e.  includes library visits  , company of  good observers and patience for holding yourself on a topic till it doesn’t resolve ) which promotes you to think deeper in the topic .   
 Alright , when a student starts reading a book – how many of them read the acknowledgement , preface , writer’s name , publication ,  salient features a particular book hold . I think , It should not be compulsory because I too don’t like such distractions when I am intend to study my newly brought book . but I have to say sorry , This is the point and mentality that brings incompleteness in the whole holy process of sharing of knowledge whether occurring between a book and a reader , among teacher and students etc .
        There is predefined method to learn science and we are bound to follow this despite of standing against it . The scientific method of learning may be  –
The methods by which matter , energy and their interaction are studied is called scientific method . In extension , It is also responsible for establishment of theories and laws .
·         free of cost systematic observations :- To make science interesting take a scientific view of your surrounding . observer the happenings and feel everything what you have read or will read is something from most closer of you but remained unattended till now . This is the most primary step includes no money and effort simply a systematic and scientific view . A systematic and scientic view may involve your inclination towards the happening , your level of knowledge and obviously , clarity of thoughts . The clearer you be with nature , The most nature reveals secrets before you .

·         Correlate the results of observations with bookish concepts and I think you find all interesting .

·         seriously , it is not as smooth as it looks . for a common student , In his/her whole student-life will not get chance to interact with several rarely helding scientific phenomenona’s ( i.e. easily we cannot find ruby laser but can have a toy laser , we cannot observer newton’s ring but can see diffraction and interference , we cannot fall ourself from height but can a stone ) and when this situation becomes problem surely ,  we will manage this all through clever observation and determination .
 finally , make your mind your laboratory and perform experiments to reach on conclusion .
